I’m always amazed at just how much you don’t see. Or rather, how much you see but simply don’t see.
How is it that you manage that? I’m actually quite curious.
How can you look through those sinning eyes and dismiss everything that hides so openly?
You take one phrase, one meaningless event. Extrapolate from that.
Thinking you have me all figured out. Thinking my past as linear as yours.
Everything you do, a step forward from one point.
How very simple.
So it’s really no wonder when you misunderstand, that I am more than the sum of my parts.
