Title: Breathe
Thank you for sharing this piece. It is breathtakingly sbutle in places, and sublimely forward in others. It nicely captures the delicate tentitiveness in Hakkai's steel will, and the straightforward depth of Gojyo's veneer. I was drawn in, moved and generally lost my sense of time-and-place as I read this.

Sweet and poignant, in a Gojyo sort of way. I've always thought of him as having a crude, shielding sort of poetry when it comes to his thought processes, and this fits into that perception rather well. I nearly laughed out loud at the "What, like you forgot how to shit?" line, because I'm immature and like poop jokes. ^^; Nice filling-in-of-the-gaps between him finding Hakkai and arriving at the temple. *tucks into favorites*
