I realized that hakkai was very distressed at what he had done but to literaly throw yourself in harms way even to prevent another from dying is unacceptable to goyjo for he realises that hakkai really does have a death wish to atone for all of the murders that he had committed while still a human being.

wow this story is really deep with the way you went into details about what had transpired and the way hakkai reacted was very similar to how kanon actually killed herself. creepy yet i enjoyed reading this story.

i can't believe the intensity with which hakkai actually would defy some one's wish to die. believing in his minds eye that this person was his sister/lover kanan. he had to be physically threatend to stop.at worst a death sentence from sanzo at best eternal peace from not being able to stop kanan from taking her own life over all i love this seeries. I read your latest chapter of Delicate and decided to re-vist this one I think there is a chapter missing between this chapter and the previous one, where some important stuff got sorted out. Author's Response: Ouch! Inever realized that it read that way! There's so much going on in Hakkai's head there, that the plan has been to trevisit it in a later story. Sort of an addendum to this one, where he ang Gojyo talk about it. That conversation should happen either within 'Delicate', or shortly after 'Remorse'. I'm not sure yet where to put it, and the words haven't come yet. Thanks for the input! I guess I'll have to press the issue with the Muses! Author's Response: Ouch!
